Welcome to TaskNova. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the TaskNova website, services, wallet, activities, referral programme and other features provided through the platform.

By creating an account or using TaskNova, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About TaskNova

TaskNova is an online platform that provides users with access to activities, rewards, referral features, wallet services and other services made available through the platform.

TaskNova may introduce, modify, suspend or discontinue features or services when necessary.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date.

You must not create an account using false information, another person's identity or information that you are not authorised to use.

4. Email Verification and Account Activation

Some TaskNova features may only become available after account activation.

Where activation requires payment or administrative verification, TaskNova may review the relevant payment before activating the account.

Submitting a payment does not automatically guarantee account activation.

5. Membership Plans

TaskNova may offer different membership plans.

Each plan may have its own price, validity period, benefits, activities or other conditions displayed on the platform.

TaskNova reserves the right to change available plans, prices, benefits or validity periods for future purchases.

6. Payments

Users are responsible for making payments using the payment instructions provided by TaskNova.

Where manual payment verification is used, users may be required to submit payment information such as:

• Payment reference
• Transaction information
• Payment receipt or other proof of payment

TaskNova may reject or delay verification where payment information is incomplete, incorrect, unverifiable, duplicated or inconsistent with the submitted transaction.

Users should keep their payment receipts and transaction records.

7. Wallet

TaskNova may provide users with a digital wallet for eligible transactions and rewards.

Wallet balances displayed on the platform are records maintained by TaskNova and may be subject to verification.

Wallet funding does not necessarily mean that the funds are immediately available. Where manual verification is required, a transaction may remain pending until reviewed.

TaskNova may investigate transactions that appear suspicious, duplicated, fraudulent or inconsistent with platform records.

8. Activity Participation

TaskNova may provide users with daily activities that may include completing specified tasks or submitting evidence of completion.

Users must follow the instructions associated with each activity.

An activity submission must represent genuine completion of the required activity.

Users must not submit false, misleading, duplicated, manipulated or fabricated proof.

TaskNova may reject any submission that does not satisfy the requirements of the relevant activity.

9. Activity Rewards

Where an activity provides a reward, the displayed reward is subject to successful completion and approval of the activity.

Submitting an activity does not guarantee that the reward will be approved.

Rewards may remain pending until reviewed.

Once an activity has been approved, the applicable reward may be credited to the user's TaskNova wallet.

10. Daily Activity Limits

Activities may have daily submission limits.

Users must not attempt to bypass a daily limit by creating multiple accounts, manipulating requests or otherwise interfering with the platform.

11. Referral Programme

TaskNova may provide a referral programme allowing users to earn eligible commissions from qualifying referrals.

Referral commissions are subject to the rules and rates displayed by TaskNova.

Users must not use misleading, fraudulent, automated or deceptive methods to generate referrals.

Users must not create fake accounts or use multiple accounts to generate referral commissions.

TaskNova may withhold, reverse or investigate commissions associated with invalid, fraudulent, duplicated or otherwise prohibited referrals.

12. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Create multiple accounts to obtain additional benefits.
• Submit fraudulent activity proof.
• Manipulate or interfere with TaskNova systems.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Attempt to bypass security controls or account restrictions.
• Use automated methods to abuse activities or rewards.
• Submit duplicated transactions or payment claims.
• Engage in fraudulent referral activity.
• Use TaskNova for unlawful purposes.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the website.

13. Account Suspension or Termination

TaskNova may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of:

• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of the platform
• False information
• Multiple-account abuse
• Fraudulent activity submissions
• Referral abuse
• Payment irregularities
• Attempts to compromise platform security
• Violation of these Terms and Conditions

14. Withdrawals and Payouts

Where withdrawals are available, users must provide accurate payout information.

TaskNova is not responsible for delays or failed payments caused by incorrect bank or payout details supplied by the user.

Withdrawals may be subject to minimum amounts, processing requirements, verification, fees or other conditions displayed on the platform.

15. Refunds

Payments and purchases are subject to the specific refund conditions applicable to the relevant service or transaction.

Where a refund is available, TaskNova may require proof of payment and additional information before processing the refund.

16. User Content and Proof

Where users upload proof, screenshots, descriptions or other materials to TaskNova, they confirm that they have the right to submit those materials.

Users must not knowingly upload illegal, malicious, fraudulent or harmful content.

TaskNova may review submitted materials for the purpose of verifying activities, preventing fraud, maintaining security and administering the platform.

Continued use of TaskNova after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, where permitted by applicable law.
